FastSculpt

Real-time sculpting in the 3ds Max viewport that adds detail only where you pull.

Overview

What FastSculpt does

Sculpt by dragging in the viewport. Edges that stretch past the Detail Size split on the fly, so the mesh gains resolution only under the brush and you never have to subdivide the whole model first.

Dynamesh fuses parts you push through each other into one closed surface. Run it locally to keep untouched faces, UVs and material IDs, or on the whole mesh.
